About
I'm Myriam.
International keynote speaker, Executive Coach (ICF PCC), and VP of People Experience & Inclusion at Chess.com, one of the world's largest digital platforms, serving over 250 million users.
I previously served as Chief People Officer at Play Magnus Group, where I built the People function from scratch through rapid global expansion and the company's acquisition by Chess.com. Today I shape leadership, culture, and performance across a fully remote workforce of 650+ people in 65 countries.
A former lawyer and entrepreneur, I rebuilt my life from zero as a single mother in a new country at 40. That experience became my leadership philosophy: clarity doesn't come before action, it comes from it.
My work centers on Human Intelligence, the awareness, emotional mastery, strategic kindness, and cultural architecture that separate leaders who scale with humanity from those who scale and break everything in the process.
I don't believe leadership is a role.
I believe it's an identity.
